New Frames!!

Just finished these cool new frames. Saw them in a store and thought "I could make that". So, I did. All it takes is some wood (I had cut in the store), a miter saw, paint, sand paper, polyurethane and a little time and patience and there you have it. You could do it too!!!

Ghoulish Skull Cake

I came across this adorable (is that the right word??) cake in Better Homes and Gardens. I absolutely LOVE it when the weather here cools and the leaves start to change color and fall. It really gets me in the mood for the upcoming slew of Holidays!! One of my favorites - just because it is so much fun, is Halloween. Found this "ghoulish" cake and I might just have to try it this year. Gotta love the creepy red gummy worms! I'll let you know how it turns out (only if it's good :) ).
